3 cups Penne noodles
3 tbsp Nondairy butter
1 med Red bell pepper (diced)
1 med Onion (diced)
1 cup Nondairy half and half
3 cups Nondairy cheddar (shredded)
16oz Plantbased Chick'n ground
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 cup Green chiles
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Nondairy parmesan
1 cup Vegetable broth
Preheat oven to 400F needs a 9X13 dish.
In a pan over medium heat, cook chick'n. Set aside.
Cook Penne according to package
Saute onion, red pepper, and garlic over medium-high heat
In a large bowl, add vegetable broth, half and half, onion mixture, cheese, parmesan, butter, chick'n, and noodles mix well. Add green chiles, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
Pour into pan sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes
